Emily Alexander is on BFG’s Concierge team, which strategically supports firm-wide client and prospect relationships. Emily serves as Client Retention Concierge.  Emily works with her team to onboard new clients and to help coordinate the firm’s cross-department (or cross-gateway) projects and processes. She manages the client survey process, which help us understand how our clients feel about the work we are doing for them and gives them to opportunity to provide suggestions on how else we might help them. Emily helps with meeting preparation and ongoing service, ensuring that clients with services in multiple departments have their needs met in each area. She also serves on BFG’s Sunshine Committee, which manages the firm’s internal celebrations.

Emily has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Texas A&M University. After graduating, she taught high school math until the end of the 2020 school year. She then began working in the private sector as an accountant for multiple clients. She also helped write and implement administrative and financial procedures for a non-profit company that she was passionate to help. Emily started working at BFG in 2022.

When she is not in the office, Emily enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading a good thriller book, and in the fall, watching Aggie football. Whoop!
