Samantha Gonzales is a Consultant for BFG’s Human Resource Management department. Samantha works with her team to strategically integrate effective human resource processes, programs, and practices, develop and implement policies,  provide guidance on employee relations issues, implement applicant tracking systems, conduct risk analysis, provide support for unemployment claims, and consult on best practices in accordance with human resource policies and labor laws. She is also involved with BFG’s Be Fit & Sponsorship Committee, which coordinates our internal corporate wellness initiatives.

Most recently, Samantha served as HR director for a multi-county pediatric and adult dermatology, plastic surgery, and clinical research facility. Previously, she was the Regional Operations Manager for a national biologics infusion company. Samantha has also served as a Practice Manager of an Internal Medicine practice and a very large specialty practice. She not only brings with her experience managing HR, but also much knowledge of the health care industry. Samantha joined the BFG team as an Associate Consultant in 2022 and was promoted to Consultant in 2023.

Samantha received her Bachelor of Science in Community Health from University of Texas at San Antonio.

Samantha is an active Professional Member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the San Antonio Human Resource Management Association (SAHRMA).

When she’s not at work, Samantha likes to hike and spend time outdoors with her husband, their four children, and four dogs.
