Samantha Gonzales is an Associate Consultant for BFG’s Human Resource Management department. Samantha works with her team to assist them in strategically integrating effective human resource processes, programs and practices, policy development and implementation, guidance on employee relations issues, implementation of applicant tracking systems, risk analysis, support for unemployment claims, and consultation on best practices in accordance with human resource policies and labor laws. She is also involved with BFG’s Be Fit & Sponsorship Committee, which coordinates our internal corporate wellness initiatives.

Most recently, Samantha served as HR director for a multi-county pediatric and adult dermatology, plastic surgery, and clinical research facility. Previously, she was the Regional Operations Manager for a national biologics infusion company. Samantha has also served as a Practice Manager of an Internal Medicine practice and a very large specialty practice. She not only brings with her experience managing HR, but also much knowledge of the health care industry. Samantha joined the BFG team as an Associate Consultant in 2022 and was promoted to Consultant in 2023.

Samantha received her Bachelor of Science in Community Health from University of Texas at San Antonio.

When she’s not at work, Samantha likes to hike and spend time outdoors with her daughters and three dogs.
