Jessica Pasley is a payroll implementation specialist in BFG's Payroll & Compensation Services division. Jessica’s primary focus is implementing new accounts and services for BFG’s payroll clients.  She also assists with the ongoing management of client accounts, conducting ongoing training with clients, and responding to client requests for reports and general support.  She serves on BFG’s Be Fit & Sponsorship committee, which encourages an active, healthy lifestyle and coordinates BFG's volunteer activities.

Jessica has 25 years’ experience in back office financial management for independent companies. She began in bookkeeping and then added payroll, benefits enrollment and HR to her skill sets. Her experience most recently includes 5 years managing payroll for a company with employees at 40+ different locations. She started working at BFG in 2021.

Jessica loves being outdoors and enjoys camping, concerts, and floating the river. She was born across the pond in England and moved to the US when she was 1.  She has a 20-year-old son and two dogs (Sophie and Sadie).
