Tiera is a Client Service Specialist for BFG’s Employee Benefit Services. She helps business owners and their employees interact with insurance companies by assisting with employee enrollments, bill reconciliation, and claims review. She also helps develop and create employee education materials to help employers and their employees understand their health benefits. Tiera is also involved with BFG’s Recognition Committee, which honors and celebrates BFG associates' professional achievements.

Prior to her role at BFG, Tiera worked as a Human Resources Specialist at a contracting company in San Antonio. Previously, she was a Senior Claims Examiner at Blue Cross Blue Shield. Tiera joined the BFG team in 2023 bringing with her many years of experience in the benefits industry.

In her free time, Tiera enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She also runs a small online business, inspired by her children, where she creates handmade soap and skincare products.
