- Our full-time associates are salaried and do not make commissions. We’ve set up in this way to ensure that our consultants and teams are focused on providing service to our existing clients, rather than being exclusively focused on sales and growth. We do have growth goals, but we have a marketing team that can concentrate on growth so that our service teams can focus on our current clients and keeping them happy.
- Each of our associates has a fiduciary relationship with our clients, so every recommendation and transaction is performed for the benefit and advantage of our clients. We follow a process to ensure we are consistent in the services we do for our clients.
- We support our associates in holding the highest industry credentials, and we are committed to having 100% of our staff engaged in continuing education (whether that be on the job or in the classroom).
