Steven Allen is a Client Service Coordinator on BFG’s Employee Benefit Services team. Steven helps business owners and their employees interact with insurance companies by building out the online enrollment portal for clients and assisting with employee enrollments, account reconciliation, and claims review. He is also involved with BFG’s Recognition Committee, which honors and celebrates BFG associates' professional achievements.

Prior to his role at BFG, Steven was a Customer Service Specialist for a health insurance company based in Austin. Previously, he was a Member Services Representative for the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Steven has vast knowledge of the Benefits realm having worked as a Benefits Specialist for 11 years in various states. Steven joined the BFG team in 2023.

In his free time, Steven enjoys spending time with his wife and two small boys, doing jigsaw puzzles, playing video games, traveling, and BBQ with friends.
