Madeline Rapp is a senior operations specialist in BFG’s Corporate Retirement Services and Individual Financial Planning gateways. Madeline joined BFG as an operations coordinator in the Corporate Retirement Services gateway and was promoted in 2015 when her role expanded to include operational oversight responsibilities. In addition to her operational roles in both gateways, Madeline also services existing corporate retirement plans and works closely with BFG’s shareholders to help develop key administrative procedures and identify opportunities for process improvement and enhancement across the firm. She is also involved with BFG’s Sunshine Committee, which manages the firm’s internal celebrations.
Madeline graduated cum laude from St. Lawrence University in 2004, receiving a BA in government.
Madeline has worked in the financial services industry in varying roles for more than eight years, starting at Wellington Management Company, an institutional asset management firm in Boston and later working at Fidelity Investments for two of their subsidiary companies. Later, when she moved to San Antonio, Madeline worked for a financial advisor also operating an insurance general agency and oversaw all aspects of his operations and office management while servicing client accounts and working on the insurance processing side as well.
Madeline is originally from Rhode Island, and after spending many years in Boston, she moved to San Antonio in 2011. Madeline and her husband, Justin, a Texas native, have a spunky three-year-old daughter and two rescued Italian greyhounds that keep them active and on the move. They enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling with and to see family, and watching football games (in a divided household of New England Patriots and Dallas Cowboys fans, of course!).
