Kristin Nibling is a client service specialist for BFG’s Employee Benefit Services. Kristin helps business owners and their employees interact with insurance companies by assisting with employee enrollments, bill reconciliation, and claims review. Kristin also develops and creates employee education materials and helps employers and their employees understand their health benefits. In addition to assisting clients, she is also involved with BFG’s Sunshine Committee, which manages the firm’s internal celebrations.

Kristin has built her career over the past 15 years as a professional within the human resources and employee benefits arenas. Working on both the corporate and brokerage sides has given her a unique perspective that allows her to identify with clients and account management alike. She started working at BFG in 2020.

As a mother to two teenagers and one toddler, there isn’t much opportunity to indulge in “free time,” but whenever she manages to break away, she enjoys getting out on the golf course, taking road trips, and cheering on her Baylor Bears.
